Cyclones Slip Past A's, 3-2

COLD SPRING, Minn. Brandon Wilhelmi (5-1) lost his first decision of the season as the A's lost a close one to the defending class B champion Sauk Rapids Cyclones on Saturday afternoon.

Wilhelmi scattered 9 hits and did not walk a batter. The Cyclones got all their runs in a 3 run 4th inning.

Kyle Young and Taylor Rignell each went 2 for 3 with a double in the losing effort.

The A's will battle the Brainerd Bees in the final game of the Nick Bell Classic on Sunday in Cold Spring.
